Subpoena served on Local 37

A subpoena was served on IUOE local 37 by the U.S. Department of Labor requesting minutes and other records  of the local. It was reported that DeJuliss was running around like a chicken about to have his neck on the chopping block. Others described him as a squealing pig being lead to slaughter. In any case, his goose is being cooked and members are invited to the barbecue.

The day of reckoning is at hand. No mercy will be shown to that SOB. Harm Jim Archey and you harm us all. Payback is so delicious especially when the suspect is so obtuse. so arrogant, so dumb he doesn't yet realize he has been had-baited, trapped and about to be skinned.

Birds are singing, parrots are talking and members are furnishing evidence which is promptly investigated by Government agencies-DOl, DOj, IRS-friends of Laborers for JUSTICE and defenders of union members' rights to honest union self-governance.
