DEJULIISS’ NASTY SPIN ON THE ASSAULT ON ARCHEY

February 13,2006 I received a call from DeJuliis about 10:30am.  Unusual, because he never has called since the 12/05 assault on me to se if I had been injured, although he tells everybody he and I have been friends for 30 yrs. He wanted me to go to union hall at 5:30 pm so Wooten and I could present our cases, to see if their was merit in my charges. A IUOE regional manager Jim VanDyke was in Baltimore and DeJuliis thought it was a good idea. Forget about the 30 day notice by register mail to appear at this procedure. I received advice from several sources to make him follow procedures. Which is what I did.  Funny how he made reference to this by saying as” per my request” the date of the merit hearing has been changed!! Getting to the point, during our conversation he said “YOU TALK TOO MUCH” and was out of order. Of course I’ve heard this from Shanahan and this is what they are all saying.  I had to explain to DeJuliis, Shanahan, and Hamel what a POINT of ORDER is and the proper use of it.  Obviously they don’t believe me, at least for long, because they are saying it again. They think because I was called out of order that this should eliminate my POINT of ORDER. All three of them, when I talked to them individually agreed that I was right in that respect except that according to Shanahan Wooten and I have a “Problem”. Didn’t then, do Now! Hamel told me he ”wasn’t sure about the rules”.Now that’s funny because although Wootens voice was loud and clear when using vulgarities and threats, the only move he made was to call me out of order. At the 2/06 meeting Brother Randy used the F word one time and that gavel was making noise before the word barely left his mouth and he was admonished and threatened with dismissal from the meeting. I wonder if Wooten would take that into his own hands. I think not he wasn’t “planted” this time to disrupt the legal questioning.

 Getting back to the point, DeJuliis told me after I explained the POINT of ORDER to him said “well some procedures were missed”. He is still looking for excuses and protecting “my man” as he has been heard to refer to Wooten at the Officers and Political guests Little Italy Christmas Party Wooten attended as his guest. A reward for a job well done?

Mark Harkins went to talk to DeJuliis on 2/27/06 in reference to him being terminated by Grubb.  As the rumor goes, the termination occurred after a meeting with the Grubb brass by DeJuliis.  During their conversation DeJuliis claimed I call Wooten “A NIGGER”!!! When Mark challenged him on that NASTY LIE, he then claimed “well that’s what I heard”. Now here’s a clown that stood up on the podium a number of times and actually cried about the rumors and innuendoes that he and his wife had to endure.  Yet he propagates the lies of the Nigger rumor. Hypocrite is now another obvious part of his personality, something he has been able to conceal for years. Many times, I’ve heard him refer to some of his supporters as TOKENS and YAMS. 

I don’t want assault his intelligence on this subject but he does live in a glass house. The rank and file are starting to look in his windows, he is being exposed.
