Brothers and Sisters if you read the
Defamation letter where I am accused of injuring Mrs.
Dejuliis you will notice the demands that she is making. She
wants me to pay her
$5000.00 and to shut up and not talk about her husband.
I didn't say anything about her. I did ask her a question
about suing someone. I did post her
salary with the
unbelievable raises that her husband gave her. I also
mentioned her in my articles but said nothing personally
about her, knowing he is hiding behind her skirt so she can
run interference for him. You will also notice she claims to
have put a
large amount of money aside to pursue her claims of
injury against me. This is another threat to everybody who
will stand up to him or her. A tactic used by many regimes
with questionable administrative practices.
The demand that should stand out the most to
you is the one that wants to
SHUT the web site down. They don’t want you to be
educated in what they are doing and have done. They
certainly don’t want you to know the officers and Business
Manager are not performing their Fiduciary duties according
to the
LMRDA. Under
Title V, union representatives are OBLIGATED to manage
union business for the SOLE BENEFIT of the members.
Individuals who violate their
fiduciary duty may be sued in federal court.
For those of you with blinders on, look at
the facts. He is going to walk out of there with well over
$100,000 Dollars in pensions!!!! That’s a conservative
figure. He has another lucrative pension due him from the
IUOE for being a trustee. The rest of the salaried officers
are going to walk out of there with $60 to $80,000.00.+ in
pensions. You applauded a measly $15.00 increase in your
credit hours. You can’t seriously endorse this kind of self
serving misuse of our monies. The way he set it up he will
get another $500 extra a month from our poverty pension when
he reaches his 40th year. Did you think he
increased it for us. ASK HIM AT THE NEXT MEETING, see if he
can tell the truth. Ask if he thinks he deserves so much
more than us, the ones he is OBLIGATED to by
FIDUCIARY duty.
If you can’t see it, then listen to what
reasonable people have to say. You don’t have to believe me
talk to your Brothers that are retired, or the members that
are getting close and are just now realizing what a mess
they are going to be in. Don’t ask his yes men. Ask a
retiree that has to depend on their 37 pension and H&W.
You’ll get a dose of reality.
Check out the

monies. What is the target fund being used for? Why does his
wife deserve more than you? Why does the administrative
personnel deserve a better pension than you, over $1500 a
month for 11 years of service? How can any of them be
filling their Fiduciary duties that OBLIGATE them to work
for the sole benefit of the members? It’s time you woke up
and start to be objective ask questions it’s your duty to
you and your family to get what you deserve, you worked for
it. It’s your retirement future that’s at risk.
